1. Scope
This policy governs the cancellation and refund terms of the Iconwebly subscription service offered by [Company Name]. It should be read together with the Terms of Service.
2. Free trial
No card details are requested during the trial period, and no charges are made. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your site goes offline automatically; no further action is required on your part.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel with one click from the Billing page in your panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: your site stays live until that date, and no further charge is made to your card. You can undo the cancellation before the period ends.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a partial refund for the remaining days of a period you have already paid for.
4. Right of withdrawal and first-payment guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of your first payment, we will fully refund the amount you paid upon request. Simply submit your request through our contact page or the Support section of your panel.
This guarantee is a commercial commitment offered independently of any statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection law. For digital services, please note that the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded once performance of the service has begun with your consent.
This guarantee does not apply to renewal periods; renewals are not refunded.
5. Changing plans
When you upgrade to a higher plan, the price difference is calculated pro rata for the remaining days of the period and charged immediately. When you downgrade, any resulting credit is deducted from your next invoice; it is not refunded in cash.
6. How and when refunds are issued
Refunds are issued to the card used for payment. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days. How long it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank.
7. Situations that are not refunded
- Unused days of a period you have already paid for (see section 3).
- Accounts closed due to a violation of the Terms of Service.
- Non-refundable third-party charges, such as domain registration and renewal fees.
- Custom design and setup work performed on request.
8. If payment fails
If payment cannot be collected at the end of a period, your account becomes past due and you receive a reminder. If payment is not made within 5 days of that date, your site is taken offline. Your data is not deleted at this stage; your site is restored as soon as payment is made.
9. Retention of your data
After a subscription ends, your site content is retained for 30 days; if you return within this period, your site resumes where it left off. After this period, the data is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion if you prefer not to wait.
10. Price changes
Changes to plan prices are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply only to periods following the notice. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
11. Contact
For cancellation and refund requests, use our contact page or open a request from the Support section of your panel.
