1. Parties and scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website-building and hosting service ("Service") offered by [Company Name] ("Iconwebly", "we") at iconwebly.com. By signing up for the Service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials with third parties and must notify us if you notice unauthorized access. Actions taken through your account are considered your own.

We rely on the person opening an account having the authority to enter into an agreement on behalf of the business they represent.

3. Scope of the Service

The Service includes sector-specific templates, a content management panel, domain connection, an SSL certificate, hosting, and additional features that vary by plan. The features included in each plan are published and kept up to date on iconwebly.com.

We may change features to improve the Service. If we need to remove a feature you use, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice.

4. Content and usage rules

You are responsible for the legality of the text, images, and other content you publish on your site. The following content is prohibited:

• Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Misleading, defamatory, or hate-speech content
• Promotion of products or services that violate applicable law
• Malware, fraud, or phishing pages

If these rules are violated, we may take the site offline after a warning, or in urgent cases, without prior warning.

5. Fees and payment

Plan fees are published on iconwebly.com and, unless stated otherwise, are charged monthly in advance. If payment is not received by the end of the billing period, your account is marked past due; after a reasonable period, your site may be taken offline.

We will notify you of price changes before they take effect. The new price applies starting from the billing period following the notice.

6. Intellectual property

The templates, the panel software, and the Iconwebly brand belong to us. Content you upload for your site remains yours; we process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service continuity

We make reasonable efforts to provide the Service without interruption; however, interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, outages at our infrastructure providers, or force majeure. We try to announce planned maintenance in advance.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; the Service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

After an account closes, we retain your data for a reasonable period and then delete it. We recommend backing up your content before closing your account.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. In any event, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of [City] have jurisdiction over any disputes.
